I would not recommend this...

Liked: For 20 years, i travel for business purposes (at least 20 trips per year) and for the last 10 years with our family of 4 (at least one per year)... very rarely, if at all, i write reviews... but i need to do this one!Location is OK, not very far from attractions, but neighborhood is "mediocre"Breakfast quality is OK, some good fresh food, but not at a 4* hotel level expected quality and quantity
Disliked: Couple of the staff were nice and wiling to help, but at the same time some staff, especially responsible for cleaning and maintenance are unprofessional. You simply can't clean the floor, the trash, the toilet, handle detergents and then bring clean towels with bare hands, without gloves or washing them!!! Rooms / Establishment is not at a 4* level. We had several indicators pointing that the whole building needs renovation. For example: broken furniture, like selves in the closets, plumping system issues in two separate rooms we stayed in the "suite" which was quite spacious, but old furniture and the bathroom liked sewage!! When you sell a suite, you have to provide a suite, not a room with one bed, a couch and something they called "extra bed" - size of which was 60-70cm wide! no adult can sleep there, only a small child... Price per night for a family of 4, with 2 young kids is very high compared to the offered comfort and rooms

Wouldn't come back

Liked: the person who brought our tea and kettle was very nice and helpful. Shower was lovely
Disliked: heating in room wasn't working.. we were constantly hot.. phone didn't work, stuffy, windows had to be left open but we were constantly woken by noise outside our room. the night staff was not helpful my. Lack in mirrors in main room. And poor placement of plug sockets. Plug in shower needs looking at .. As a four style hotel wasn't impressed. Expected alot more.

Excellent Staff

Liked: The staff are very helpful and very fast on attending the request. Place near the subway station and very safe to walk during the night in the neighborhood.

Great location near the Marques...

Liked: Very nice room with a balcony. We could get ice from the bar and the fridge was able to accommodate our milk for tea - we could borrow a kettle to make the tea and other things like an iron and ironing board. So our stay was very comfortable in a large room. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful.
Disliked: Nothing was bad - I had decided against the breakfast option as we had a busy schedule with the conference we were attending and every time we askd about something we got good advice. For example, there was not a restaurant option for an evening meal in the hotel, but the possibility to have ordered food delivered. However, the reception desk gave excellent advice on 2 nearby restauarants which had really good local food and drinks and we did that and enjoyed it very much.
