Liked: Reception are helpful but limited to what they can do.
Disliked: I stayed for 3 days and the restaurant was closed for 2 days: on 7th and 8th November because they had a group activity/meeting. Good for their business but bad for me ; I was not able to get a coffee in the hotel after 2 pm bcs restaurant was closed, I noticed that they had a large group meeting which they handled by leaving other guests with no service. P.S. there is a vending machine; could get cold coffee, cold drinks and sandwiches but is not my choice, else would stay in 2 stats hotel.Restaurant and coffee shops are 10 minutes walking, it was my first business trip to Spain, I did not expect to have to walk for 10 minutes to get a cup.of coffee and then again must look for food outside the hotel.

Disliked: The hotel needs an urgent renovation.
