Great for a stopover.

Liked: Great views and can walk or get a taxi into the city. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: That they felt the need to dump all the glass bottles out in the middle of the night.

Relaxing

Liked: Very warm welcome. I had sent a note asking for a room with very good sea-view as i was celebrating my mother’s birthday and wanted to surprise her. The room couldn’t have had a better view and they had the thoughtful touch to leave a bottle of cava and a couple of macaroons with a note im the room as a welcome. All staff were warm, helpful and generally very nice.
Disliked: If i was to pick on something, I think they should have a ranp or similar at the entrance to help passengers with their luggage, otherwise, you have to climb a few steps before reaching the entrance. Not an issue with a small case, but nevertheless…

Liked: The staff were very friendly and they pay attention to details. They had noted it was my birthday, and they had sent a bottle of wine and macaroons to my room. Joacquin from El Puntal restaurant was exceptional. Thanks for making my birthday weekend a beautiful experience.
