Comfortable with excellent breakfast.

Liked: Room was comfortable and clean. Staff at front desk could not have been more helpful and nice. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Staff at Bar/Restaurant on first floor was awful. We briefly sat at the bar to look at the dinner menu and were treated very rudely. We just wanted to see what they offered and the time they eopned. We were snottily told you need a reservation. which we already knew. No one had explained a QR code for the details on hotel so we did not know this.

Liked: Very clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast
Disliked: The bar was very much misleading. The fridge did not have any notice about prices of the products, and it looked like it was free (cheap soda cans, chips, Kit Kat). So, I drank two sodas, ate chips and the Kit Kat and ended up with paying 15 euros! Felt totally ripped off :-(
