Very pleasant stay - I...

Liked: Location is very convenient (bus stop in front of hotel, easy to reach from main Vienna Airport), staff was very accommodating and friendly and made sure we got the room in spite of early arrival. Very clean, with kettle and ironing facilities, which I find very important when travelling.
Disliked: Nothing in particular.

Liked: The room was very spacious, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The staff was excellent and very friendly..
Disliked: The mattress needed urgently to be changed was very old and uncomfortable. The manager told me that they are going to change it.
