Excellent location great hotel.
Liked: The location is the best. The room is huge very good light. In the center close to metro and all locations. We did not need any metro. The hotel is very quiet
Disliked: The coffee machine in the Lobby did not function all day. This could be improve as they did not put water or did not have coffee capsules. It seems as laziness only

Liked: The location is nice, it would also be very helpful to add directions to find it easily because of the pedestrian zone especially when dropped off by rideshare drivers.

Excellent in all regards.
Liked: Excellent location for sightseeing with all the main tourist 'must sees' walkable. Set off a small side street off a main pedestrianised route between Gran Via and Plaza del Sol. Felt very safe in the locale. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel public areas are immaculate and the main atrium is eyecatching. Breakfast choices are very wide and everything is fresh and beautifully presented. Staff all very pleasant and professional. For the quality of the location, rooms, food & staff I might have expected to pay a higher tariff. Would not hesitate to stay here again should I return to Madrid.
Disliked: If I had to be picky, the room was perhaps a little on the small side but for a City break of maybe 2 or 3 nights, perfectly liveable. AC minimum temperature was 18 degrees which was higher than I would have preferred but Not a deal breaker.

Liked: Our 2nd room was good but our first room was terrible
Disliked: Our room was tiny , bathroom dirty and worn out. The shower tap was broken so could not get hot water.The male receptionist would not change the room.Next day a female receptionist was very nice and she gave us a much nicer room.We are Star travellers and expected to be treated better on arrival as we have been at all other Eurostars we have stayed at.

Would pick somewhere else next...
Liked: Hotel lobby is beautiful and nice bar on site
Disliked: For a 4 star hotel it has a bit weird and missing things - mould in the shower, no bathrobes, no slippers, only few programs working on TV, staff doesn't tell you what you signing only after enquiring they gave me a list, tooms a bit outdated, fact that you can hear a phone ring from next room, my room was next to the two massive ventilation and view was rather depressing, not to mention noiseMaybe it's a minor, but it didn't feel as 4 star at all.
