Liked: Nice clean hotel. Great food in restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful. 20 min walk from the beach.
Disliked: No gym.

Superb

Liked: The rooms are enourmous, everything was clean, tidy and perfect.
Disliked: Some of the noise from the aisle can be heard in the room.

Liked: The staff was very polite and helpful. And I think that’s the best thing which have a value in that hotel. Free bottle of water
Disliked: What is going to happen outside hotel you can hear inside the room, I mean the windows without any sound proof. Toilet doesn’t work well. No heating working, after we spoke to the receptionist worked.

Liked: Great hotel room with everything you can expect from a good hotel.Parking was very convenient and spacious.Bathtub was a nice bonus!

Liked: Good location to reach the beach and the Science and Art center.
Disliked: Some rooms facing the fuel station are very loud, especially one the first floor. Breakfast was ok, but was the same very day, so if you stay for longer then there is no change in food options for breaky. Service was very good at the hotel, the rooms big and comfy. Some parts would need renovation but overall quite ok.

Disappointing

Liked: The room was clean and Javier on the reception desk was excellent.
Disliked: The WiFi didn’t work in the rooms, the restaurant/bar was closed and chained regularly or hired out for external functions, with reception staff unaware of when it was due to reopen. The hotel was near a shopping centre, however, if you want to be closer to the main centre or the beach, look elsewhere.

Liked: I liked that the staff arranged a birthday plate for my partner in our room as surprise ! Truly a nice touch
Disliked: The fact that the room was facing a construction site..it was very noisy
