Liked: Private, big bed, could open windows for fresh air. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Took more than 5 minutes for hot water to come through.

Liked: Handy locality. Staff good about storing bags.
Disliked: Disconcerting having to deposit an extra $200.00 as security for an overnight stay. Refund was prompt though. Did we need 6 long emails reminding us of our upcoming stay?

Superb

Liked: I greatly enjoyed the room, the maze to get to it was tricky at first but I soon found it to be easier once I knew where I was going. The staff were wonderful and kind, even when I accidentally overslept the check out on Thursday morning.
Disliked: Nothing about the room upset me or made me dislike it at all.
