Liked: For the price this place was actually pretty good. Friendly and attentive staff, clean but simple rooms, I had no complaints tbh.

However, my check-out experience was the last straw.The Indian clerk who managed check outs was extremely unpleasant. I returned to the hostel after a morning out past check out time (10.40am) as I got into an accident outside. I explained this to him when i returned and said I still needed a shower and to pack my bags. 30 minutes later he comes knocking on my door aggressiveky warning me that I overstayed, which i was fully aware of already and trying my best to pack as fast as possible (I explained my sense of urgency to him). BTW, this is 4 hours before any other guests can check in (check in time is 3pm). He continued to threaten to call the cops on me even though I showed him that I was clearly trying my best to pack all my bags. This made the whole stay extremely unpleasant... Clearly I was not purposely trying to linger around and kill time (in fact I was trying to get my ass out of there) so there was really no need to be so rude. Didn't return the 20USD deposit due to my late check out (fine), but the rudeness was really really unnecessary. Dude even kept chasing me out of the common area after I had checked out, while I was clearly struggling with my bags.
