Very pleasant

Liked: Very pleasant - room lovely, beautiful toiletries, piano bar excellent and lovely ambiance Check in staff very pleasant
Disliked: Had to wait ages for staff member at piano bar to seat us. In fact had to signal for bar man to come out - he was super and got us a table Had to phone reception and get maintenance as water was not draining from shower/bath - apparently a broken rod inside the metal dial - he removed plug - just inconvenience when trying to shower /get ready

Great hotel, pleasant and friendly...

Liked: Central location and easy to get to from Airport to the bus station.
Disliked: Should have the option to include breakfast at time of booking.Unable to book for the following year for a return trip as room not released on website.
