Liked: The hotel is located in a great location. We needed to change rooms since the shower wouldn’t work. They upgraded us to a suite. The concierge John arranged a drs appointment for me and I am grateful.

Luxurious Hotel with a bed...

Liked: Central location , luxurious atmosphere with meticulous attention to detail . Spacious room with a glorious bed . The bath and shower was a bonus , fluffy robes and soft slippers.
Disliked: My only gripe was stains on the underside of the bed runner and the shower door being a little loose and not closing tightly

Enjoyable stay

Liked: Room was lovely with great view. Bed very comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom could have been cleaner, lumps of dust in fan & behind bathroom door. Smaller shower wasn't very powerful & bath was very slow to drain.Room was very warm & air con didn't seem to work properly.
