Liked: The staff could have been more welcoming, and the lady at reception was not very customer-friendly when we requested a small extension and asked to warm up our food, which was necessary due to my dietary restrictions. However, the location was superb, offering a peaceful environment.

Cheap & cheerful -So bad,...

Liked: Hotel is a bit different, think 1980’s Spain! beer and food are very reasonably priced, buffet and breakfast pretty good. Powerful shower, reasonably comfortable bed. Pool, gym & sauna Very well priced. (Cheap)
Disliked: Novel, but unimpressive aesthetics. Shabby, tired decor -probably hasn’t been decorated since 80’s. Pool/Sauna closed at 7pm. Staff not the best. Rooms very, very basic.

Liked: Very close to Gatwick airport. Parking wasn’t a problem, the room was clean and the bathroom spotless. The bar area was comfortable. The buffet was tasty and reasonably priced.

Liked: Great location and staff very helpful . Bed comfortable and despite only being 2 miles from Gatwick airport very quiet at night
Disliked: Nothing

Not very happy with the...

Liked: The basin didn’t drain, the basin tap was set too high on flow rate, the spa was chargeable not included. I hurt my shoulder and hip badly when exiting the men’s shower in the spa on the sharp edge of the shower door.
Disliked: Shower doors at the spa need to be updated, basins in rooms should be checked for blockages and tap flow rates adjusted accordingly
