To hell and back ....

Liked: There were some fantastic staff on duty that went far beyond to help . But there's always one . But the bed in room 303 was a massive problem for me. Stayed 3 days and by the 2nd day I couldn't walk and still can't . It was the mattress . Far far far too soft that it hurt my hip .and I'm in AGONY all down my thigh and knee . All down to the bed ... But once I told the staff . The mattress was given a topper for the bed . I wish I had of approached them 1 day earlier . As right now . I can't walk 50 meters . My leg and hip are in agony. .... But some of the staff were AMAZING... Thanks guys..and what value for money . Oh the other thing I found hard to deal with ..the 11 euro per night . For our little dog ... Every where we have stayed the MAXIMUM we paid was 10 euro per night . And I personally feel that's ok . But this was 11 adding 33 euro on top . I know it's a choice we make when you have a dog. But 10 euro per night I think is fair. The 11 was just annoying...
Disliked: The BED ... And the price for the Dog ..

Disliked: I asked for a room with a double bed, but it was not available and we were given a room with two single beds pushed together. It was very inconvenient because they were constantly spreading apart and brought constant discomfort. In the parameters, it is worth immediately separating double beds and single beds, because I do not want to pay for something that I will definitely not get.

Liked: Clean, tidy, nice staff, big room, clean bathroom, non-stop hot water, tea in the room. They have a nice restaurant and a decent bar.
Disliked: A little further from the center, not too far.

Very helpful staff,food and drinks...

Liked: Location is perfect, easy parking, easy access in the evening.
Disliked: Two single beds which have been put together then kept moving apart. I did request a double bed. The shower door didn’t open fully as it’s to close to the toilet and the mixing tapes in the shower

Liked: The location was very good.
Disliked: Booked an upgrade, but wasn't available on the day (booked 6 month in advance!!). Doors are heavy, and you hear everyone opening and closing doors! Rooms are TINY, I could not open toilet door fully because of the bed...
