Overall it was a relaxing stay at a clean and beautiful hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the suite was spacious. They have an extensive continental breakfast - which we enjoyed. The two things we did not enjoy were 1) our thermostat did not seem to work and the room became a little stuffy. 2) a fire alarm went off at 5 a.m. (which was a fluke situation). This would not have been so terrible if the staff communicated effectively. There were families standing in the hallway and many people were outside in very low temperatures. When the night front desk person was asked he was very dismissive - as though we were stupid for being concerned. No one explained anything to us or addressed the situation.

I like my staying.

Liked: The room is nice with a living room. There is fridge and microwave. There is TV there too and study table.
Disliked: The hot food is not so nice biscuit and gravy only. The foam is so soft that you are drowning. It would be nice if it is hard a little with a plywood on it.
