Overall it was a relaxing stay at a clean and beautiful hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the suite was spacious. They have an extensive continental breakfast - which we enjoyed. The two things we did not enjoy were 1) our thermostat did not seem to work and the room became a little stuffy. 2) a fire alarm went off at 5 a.m. (which was a fluke situation). This would not have been so terrible if the staff communicated effectively. There were families standing in the hallway and many people were outside in very low temperatures. When the night front desk person was asked he was very dismissive - as though we were stupid for being concerned. No one explained anything to us or addressed the situation.

Disliked: The service in the restaurant was SLOW. We waited over an hour to get served breakfast. In the evening, we waited a long time to get drinks.

Disliked: Room was right by the elevator and it kept me up most of the night. Also fold out bed was very very uncomfortable, my husband had surgery so he was healing in the bedroom...I slept in the living room. And barely got sleep.
