Overall it was a relaxing stay at a clean and beautiful hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the suite was spacious. They have an extensive continental breakfast - which we enjoyed. The two things we did not enjoy were 1) our thermostat did not seem to work and the room became a little stuffy. 2) a fire alarm went off at 5 a.m. (which was a fluke situation). This would not have been so terrible if the staff communicated effectively. There were families standing in the hallway and many people were outside in very low temperatures. When the night front desk person was asked he was very dismissive - as though we were stupid for being concerned. No one explained anything to us or addressed the situation.

Liked: We were warmly greeted at the reception desk and because our assigned room lacked heat, we were promptly switched to a room with adequate heating.The desk people couldn't be better and more helpful, especially with recommendations.Breakfast was adequate - self serve cereal, fruit and coffee. We certainly enjoyed our stay there especially in view of the snow storm which started as we arrived!
Disliked: Wider choices of breakfast foods.
