Disliked: The bed was infested with mites, making for a miserable experience. My spouse and I suffered from itchy skin and skin rashes during the last two days of the three. Too pricey for the type of facility. The hotel also needs to strengthen its customer service team. Remember, your guests are on vacation.

Liked: Location was excellent as we were attending a show at The Place.Staff were very good both at check in, answering questions and at breakfast.
Disliked: The room was unbearably hot on arrival so even tho it was december we have to turn heating off.Also some light bulbs were not working.We did have to wait a long time to be seated at breakfast as it was a peak time at weekend although the staff were rushed of their feet ie doing all they could. They allowed breakfast hours to extend to enable us and people after us to have food as we were there in plenty of time and the delay was not our fault. Sadly they had run out of a number of breakfast items which was a shame.
