Great price, friendly service and...

Liked: The manager and her husband were so nice. Super friendly, nice and quiet location, nice room, comfortable bed and great price. They even gave us water, chips and some other snacks which was very thoughtful. Would definitely return.

Liked: The beds are very comfortable. Staff is amazing. The location is quiet.
Disliked: Nothing. It's a good place to stay. It was my 2nd time returning.

Liked: Every time we have stayed the customer service has been excellent. The room is large with a sofa. It has a coffee machine as well. Every time we stayed in the area we stay here.
Disliked: The area just a bit.

Liked: The room was clean and it was a good price, they also very kindly provided bottles of water and some complimentary snacks.
Disliked: Well, they asked for a 60.00 cash deposit and had a long list of rules you must not break in order to get your money back. And they literally ran in and inspected the room prior to refunding my deposit. It was sort of insulting.

Much better than it looks...

Liked: The room itself was very clean. For the price, it was a good value and filled our needs for the short trip. It was easy to find parking and the staff was friendly and helpful. The parking area had a lot of lighting. It was also in a quiet area so it was never hard to fall asleep from noise.
Disliked: The location was a little sketchy (maybe moreso if you're not accustomed with Los Angeles). It was a little tricky finding the property and the outside doesn't look very inviting.
