Liked: Clean, comfortable, well-equipped room.
Disliked: The fellow on reception didn’t believe that I’d used the self-checkin machine correctly (it told me the code I’d been sent was invalid), and was irritable and rude when I was slow to find him, banging on his desk at me from behind a sliding glass door that I hadn’t realised was there.

Disliked: Maybe more groceries such as biscuits, sugar and tea bags.

Liked: Great location and so many restaurants and shops located onsite. Ettalong itself is amazing too and loads of great restaurants
Disliked: The only thing which could have improved our experience was if they had a pool

Liked: It is a quaint motel and would come to life when the markets are on.
Disliked: The bed: Didn't realise I had booked a double room and for the price I was very disappointed with the double bed. Honestly we had a really bad night trying to sleep in this small bed. What a pity they just didn't give us a queen size bed. Could have been nice to be upgraded as there weren't many people there because of the time of year. We only stayed one night and had to leave by 6.15am as we had moved out of our house that day and this was supposed to be a "rest" night before moving into the new house. We have booked so many places over the years and this is the first time we got a double bed. Again for that price, well, as you get the drift, disappointed.
