Liked: very convenient to city centre, staff were very helpful and pleasant
Disliked: No heating in the room, we returned to the room quite late and the room was freezing and when we manually turned on the heating we couldn't turn it up to heat the room. One of the mattresses had a huge dip in it very uncomfortable.
