This resort located on the shore of Lake Dupuis, full-service spa and an 1.2 mi skating rink, they also have access to snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails in the forest, also as renting equipements. A much needed short get...

Liked: Fab facilitiesEnjoyed spa treatment.. pre and post use of lounge was relaxing and serene
Disliked: In room, would have been good to have a kitchen table and chairs .. to eat at, to work on computer etc

Liked: Staff is very accommodating, response quick.
Disliked: Not suitable for families. The majority of the rooms are suitable for couples. We’ve been to this hotelIn the past when they had actual second bed, now so called sofa beds not suitable for sleeping. We tried to move to suite with 2 bedrooms but we were told there is only 3 on the property and all taken. Otherwise nice place for a weekend getaway.

Somewhat frustrating experience

Liked: External pools and natural landscape of the region.The resort was also nice on attending our checkout antecipation request.
Disliked: Doesn't have good support for toddlers and babies.The room was cleaned up but they didn't remove the garbage from the bathroom's bin.The playground room had few activities/equipments and some of them were broken
