5-Star Experience!

Liked: Beautiful property, excellent staff, well appointed rooms! I came for LASIK Surgery at a nearby hospital. The Staff was kind and caring. They met me with a wheelchair after I arrived back at the hotel post-surgery and the Staff escorted me back to my room. I felt safe and well cared for as I recovered. Truly one of the best experiences - beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Hotel Estancia for my family, friends, and colleagues!

Overpriced

Liked: Bed, linens and robe are nice quality and comfortable. Food is good. Pleasant staff.I felt safe as a solo female traveler.
Disliked: Parking here is way too expensive. $45 per day for what?! Also had a problem with the ticket I had for parking - at times, I got an error message so I had to take another ticket.For a hotel at this price, I expect more vanity items - there wasn't even a shower cap. Vanity items were not replenished each day. Water was not replenished each day. Water filling stations are a nice thing to have, but trying to find them was like a treasure hunt.I stayed here with my family a number of years ago and had a wonderful experience. (I think it may have been under different ownership then). It's not as nice as it used to be.
