nice stay

Liked: very nice room with view on the swimming pool
Disliked: I lost an expensive bracelet and the staff could not retreive it

Disliked: The Front Desk Staff did not follow up on what they said they would do with regards to the parking fee or “transient resort fee”, which is to waive this fee due to problems with their barcode parking card system.

Liked: I think the grounds are amazing Many beautiful spots for photography work to be taken advantage of. The staff behave with excellence, even those staff members who have difficulty speaking english. I will always give an excellent reference for this Resort Hotel.
