Liked: One front desk staff was particularly helpful and professional
Disliked: The promise breakfast was a dud. Breakfast in a paper bag with the coffee machine not working. A school cafeteria would have had a better set up.

Perfect and valuable

Liked: Really good room. No bugs or other insects. The breakfast includes an egg sandwich, muffin, apple juice, yogurt. I think you can ask for more packages if need. Staffs are friendly. They sell food, drink, snacks and personal items. It is easy to check-in/out and get the security deposit. I booked pet-free room but I did heard the dog barking in the hall way. I am not sure whether other rooms accept pets in the night. Please be careful if you are not interested in pets.

Liked: There were a group of teens smoking outside the hotel and they were making loud noises. Didn’t feel safe.

Liked: EST was great! I read some reviews that were not so great but I gave it a try. Im soo glad I did! The staff was good, the room was great and clean. The bed was amazing! Lighting and window was goog. Shower was good. Inside of the lobby was really cool how it was designed. Im going back for sure. The rate on the room was like 60% of any other hôtel. Parking was limited and tight but I had a car so I had no issue. Thank you EST staff.
