Perfect!

Liked: I was tired and it was perfect… comfortable, took a tub, great rate and right in downtown Newburyport.
Disliked: Hmmmm maybe a hand held shower, new caulking in shower around tub/tile room 103…. maybe fancier coffee but honestly it was great!! No complaints

A memorable get away in...

Liked: Lovely, boutique hotel in the heart of historic Newburyport. Easy walk to dining/bar options. We loved the fireplace and spa tub in our room. Everything was super clean and very comfortable. The staff service and hospitality all around is worth a special mention.
Disliked: It was all good!

Impressive stay and excellent value.

Liked: Everything about this was just amazing. From the smell to the cleanliness and charm it impressed! Speaking of smell, whatever cleaner or air fragrance they used is amazing. The room was spacious and super clean. It had a bed and breakfast feel versus a chain hotel. Very quaint and impressive overall. Breakfast was microwaveable biscuits and other items. If you’re looking for a “fresh” breakfast this doesn’t have it but no complaints honestly. It was good enough. I came in after hours and was a little concerned about check in. They had an after hour process that was easy enough so no issues there. Also had a welcome letter for me. It is also central to quite a bit of food and coffee shop options within short walking distance.
Disliked: The location and parking can be confusing if you have never been in the area. They have parking in the rear versus street parking. Coming in in the dark was just a little confusing and I almost missed the sign. I don’t think there is any way to improve it so I don’t want to knock them on it.

Liked: The property was very close to the main street. We walked out the door and around the corner for shopping, dining and relaxing strolls.The staff were friendly and professional.There were offerings for breakfast.
Disliked: The parking was tight on the first day as the property was fully booked. But, we did get a parking spot.

Warm welcome, great facilities, clean...

Liked: Location was superb, perfect for exploring Newburyport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and well stocked, good facilities (coffee machine, fridge, microwave & basic kitchen equipment.) It was lovely and warm on our arrival. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and well stocked (and homemade soup available during the day if you wanted it.) We loved it.
Disliked: Everything was great - we loved it!
