Dorint Team, please do not...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I called the hotel to confirm a room not in basement after reading other guest reviews and requests accepted. During check in, I was arranged with a room in basement and is the notorious room 502, which other guest already rated badly at December 31, 2022. Obviously, hotel management did not take any significant improvements based on the feedback. The toilet had super disgusting smell. We could also hear every move from the car park gate in middle of the night. I were a business traveler with many good stays in Dorint of different Germany cities. But Dorint Köln Junkersdolf ruined my positive experience with this hotel brand, which is no longer a guarantee of decent stay that I can expect.

Superb

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Its a easy journey into the city center by tram or taxi.
