Opposite the State Opera this Classy elegance & history hotel dating from 1927 is just a 2-minute walk from Wenceslas Square and 5 minutes from Prague Main Train Station. Superb

Liked: Very nice hotel close to Vaclav square and just short walk to the old town. Easy to get there by car and there are plenty of parking lots nearby (though booking in advance highly recommended). Friendly staff.
Disliked: Actually stay was seamless so nothing material to complain. What I can say is that the rooms are not perfectly soundproof so you can hear noices from the corridors, pigeons on window-sills and even some from other rooms. But it wasn't very annoying overall.

Disappointment

Disliked: Although this was our second stay, it was an absolute disappointment this time. The room was dirty, hair was found on the floor everywhere and on the bed!! We stayed for 4 nights and the toilet was never cleaned during our stay, bed sheets were never changed. One time the coffee cup was left unwashed. Housekeeping needs serious training. Breakfast was disappointing. The hotel should not be listed as a 5 star hotel, maybe 2 stars are enough!

Great location, clean and comfortable....

Liked: Only spend one night here in transit to Budapest. Location was an easy 2-3 minute walk to the train station.Very comfortable bed and a great shower.Easy walk to many good restaurants and bars.
Disliked: Missed not being able to make a coffee in our room as there wasn’t an electric jug/kettle.
