Liked: Centrally located, right on Gran Via, the shopping avenue and next to Plaza de Espana. The metro station is across the road, which is convenient for your transfer from and to the airport, and the bus stop is a minute's walk away. The room was very clean, there was a small kitchen and a small refrigerator.

Liked: Booked 2 rooms for family of 5. Location and hotel were great, first time was in Madrid and really liked it. If i come second time, i will stay here again. Rooms nice and clean, warm. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was good too. We had little kitchen in toom too which was convinient when travel with kids.
Disliked: Nothing, all was great. Size of room were breakfast was served is limited, during rush hour you miight wait. Great coffee but no tea at all.

Liked: Location was ok. Not too far from metro stations but not real close to sites/attractions. Price/value is good
Disliked: The rooms and lobby areas are a bit tired/spartan

Liked: Location was perfect. Right in the centre of Madrid beside a Metro Station. Rooms were nice. Didn't have breakfast there but options aplenty due to the central location. Extremely good value given where it was located.
Disliked: The bar didn't have the drinks we were looking for.
