My stay was terrible, but...

Liked: Beds are great. Decoration is nice, but rooms are a little small. You can't open two bags and stay in the room at the same time. Wardrobe is OK, but TV only works with a mirroring system that is insufferable. Good gym and beautiful outdoors architecture.
Disliked: The hotel just decided to host Music Festival Week events and didn't notice the guests! Unacceptable. We got to our room, and at 5PM music started banging like crazy until 11PM. No way. There were a couple of employees, a man and a lady, that didn't move one hair to help us change rooms. I even told them that my wife was pregnant and needed our rest. "We're overbooked" they said. F., I hope you get treated the same way you treated me, Mr. The night guy, Larry, was empathetic and got us to another room. Yes, it was already 12AM, but we got there.

Liked: The door to the bathroom fell off of its tracks almost hitting me in the head and hit the cabinet in front of us. I told staff and Noone came to fix
