Will never stay there again....

Liked: I really didn’t care for the property. The upper deck was nice but other than that it was not for me.
Disliked: The room was too small. It was set up for people who were out to party and care about nothing else. South Beach hit you in the face as you entered and left.

Disliked: The walls between rooms are so thin you can hear your neighbors’ phone vibrate.

Liked: Nice location
Disliked: Staff wasn’t very knowledgeable or helpful with finding a place to eat. They were nice but stated they hadn’t worked there long and didn’t volunteer to ask anyone else, which was weird. The carpets are pretty but dirty filthy and need cleaning. There was music on the top deck until at least 1 am which kept us all up for a flight we had the next morning. I went and danced until about 9:30 pm and loved it, but my parents who were traveling with me and older were not amused. The fact there wasn’t a decent curfew to cut it off at about 11 was perplexing. The room was INCREDIBLY small. Like bump your knees on the bed small. For $400 a night it was very disappointing.

We had so much fun...

Liked: We never did eat breakfast at the hotel. The location was FABULOUS and we loved the neighborhood. The staff was incredible and it was actually hard to leave!!! The pool bar, pool and everything about The Esme was top notch!
Disliked: Our room was TINY with only enough room for the bed. Plus, very little storage for our clothes. It was very tight. Having said that, the decor and bathroom were very nice.

Liked: The most adorable hotel right in the heart of Miami Beach!
Disliked: The electrical system was hard to figure out, we had to call the desk to figure out how to turn the lights on.

Liked: Great location - good room appointments- rooftop was comfortable and relaxing.
Disliked: Room was quite small but given the price was reasonable it was acceptable and fine for a weekend

Hotel compensated apologiesed nicely for...

Disliked: Last two nights luke warm water in shower had to run it for over 15 mins to get hot water
