Exceptional
Liked: Great location. The balcony doors kept out all the sound from the street. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

Exceptional
Liked: It was situated in a really fantastic spot where we were able to get delicious Cuban food and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic! Everyone was engaging and friendly.
Disliked: The wheelchair accessible room was a bit tight. If the bed was moved towards the door a few inches it would have made a huge difference. Also a full-length mirror would have been beneficial.

great hotel with good options
Liked: very polite and always ready to help staff, great location, there is a bicycle for guests, towel and sunbed on the beach included! breakfast to choose from in a nearby cafe, it is very nice to take a walk in the morning

Exceptional
Liked: The hotel was charming and located next to a really fun restaurant alley. The food was excellent and the vibe European. The best part was the free bike rental and luggage storage. We spent the day at the beach and boardwalk. Our room and bath felt Parisian small, but everything was comfortable and stylish. We really didn't spend very much time in our room. We also parked at the municipal parking deck 2 blocks away. Esme exceeded my expectations.

Really lovely hotel which exceeded...
Liked: Lovely staff with well maintained rooms and hotel in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the Art Deco Ocean Drive.A token for each room occupant is given to you at check in which you can use for a free drink in the bar which is a nice touch.Roof top pool and relax zone is lovely and has plenty of sofas and day beds to relax on.

Enjoyable and relaxed
Liked: Location, vibe, staff were generally very helpful. Room vibe is great
Disliked: Lack of lighting in room. Understand that it is part of the vibe but we had to use torches in our room to unpack suitcases. We stayed in the far building.. there was dog mess outside the front door for 48hrs and not picked up. It was eventually removal due to the number of guests that accidentally stepped in it. Pool side service can be described as erratic. On one day we struggled to get service.. you could easily have made more money out of us.
