Liked: We have visited on several occasions. Always enjoyable with excellent service. Got caught out with one or two expenses that we had not anticipated. This does not detract from the venue or enjoyment but we will be more careful when choosing food and drink options next time

Lovely location, great food and...

Liked: The room was excellent. The food in the restaurant was excellent and they happily sorted out dietary challenges that we have. The breakfast was also great. A lovely Library and Morning room are available within the hotel. The surrounding countryside is delightfully quiet and rural. Good parking available. A fabolous stained glass window within the hotel. A realy lovely period property.
Disliked: It would have been nice if the twin room that we stayed in had a walk-in shower rather than the in-bath one but we were informed in advance and made the choice.

Fantastic overnight stay

Liked: Beautiful property set in a peaceful location.Dog friendly which is why we chose this place. Grounds are amazing as was our accommodation.
