Liked: Not the best location or front desk situation, but room was very big, clean, and comfortable. Much better on inside than it appears on outside

Disliked: Outside of the parking lot there was a homeless person I was kinda scared. Other than that everything was fine

Not suitable for a family...

Liked: I appreciated the art work and the receptionist was nice.
Disliked: Thin walls, you can hear every car, and people even in the street. Sketchy neighborhood. I’m pretty sure there was drug deals going down specially when one of the neighbors asked by husband if he had any drugs. Not suitable for a family with small children. Bed was uncomfortable. There was no hot water in the sink until the next morning and the toilet water kept running. Not sure why it had such good ratings.

Clean and friendly.

Liked: Friendly staff(Abi). A lot of care has gone into refurbishing these rooms. Even the ceiling had a lovely sky mural. Pillows odd (very thick and hard) but otherwise all well done.
Disliked: A bit of street noise accompanied the central location.
