Liked: A comfortable, clean modern chain hotel 10 minutes walk from the old town of Vannes. Although it's located on a busy road the double glazing kept most of the noise out so this wasn't an issue. Secure parking for my bicycle in a locked storeroom. Friendly helpful staff.

Great stay in Vannes!

Liked: Staff were friendly and extremely helpful, went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Beds were comfortable and extra bedding easily accessible through reception staff. Delicious breakfast with a range of options for all tastes. The location was excellent for arrival from the train station and for visiting the lovely city of Vannes. We'd love to come back!!

We were very pleased with...

Liked: Room and bathroom was very clean. Very comfortable beds. Very clean white linen. Check-in staff was very helpful. They reserved overground parking space for our large car.
Disliked: The shower door did not close fully so water got onto the bathroom floor. Not a problem for a one night stay though. We mentioned it to the Reception so they could fix it for future guests.

Ok for 1 night, nothing...

Liked: Location on edge of city was ok. Short walk to main square. Check in staff very helpful and spoke pwrfect English to my husband. Check out - not much help and no English despite being same member of staff for both!
Disliked: Room bore no resemblance to the photo of the superior room I booked and paid for. Had my request for a balcony been answered honestly (this place doesn’t have balconies) I’d have booked elsewhere.
