Wouldn't book again unless absolutely...

Liked: Friendly and helpful personnel . Location. That's it.
Disliked: The room was not clean when comparing so similar class or price range accommodations (especially the bathroom!)Breakfast wasn't good.Bed sheets were too thick/warm for the season. The sleep was ok but couldn't be described as very comfy.Bed light wasn't working

Liked: Staff was committed and friendly, food in the in-house restaurant was pretty good, big parking lot, easy to find, incredible value for money.
Disliked: Only one staff member spoke English, so we had to make due with broken German, English and google translate.Due to my complicated schedule registration was a bit difficult, but we made it work and the staff was very nice about it.

Clean, well-located, secure, bed hard and creaky

Liked: Given the horror reviews I was pleasantly surprised and it exceeded my expectations. Room very clean and well appointed. Shower functioned and the temperature was perfect. Good location 10 minutes walk from the train station and a bus stop opposite the hotel where you can pick up the bus to Pedklte.
Disliked: Mattress worn out and needs replacing. Woke up a few times and turned over to get back to sleep.
