Liked: We booked last minute, on the day of arrival, and I asked for an upgrade if it was possible as it was January after new year and it was granted. We got a beautiful room, hotel staff were lovely and we were very surprised at the value for money. We will definitely return

Liked: Great room size, lovely spa and treatment staff on site, walks closeby, DELICIOUS meals!
Disliked: Lack of communication between staff members in different areas in the hotel led to wrong breakfast orders and doubling up on payments for meals/treatments. Two single beds as double bed in double room.

Liked: Suite was beautiful - decor was very tasteful and gave a very luxurious feel. Room was really big with lots of space. Jacuzzi bath was delightful! Evening meal was exceptional - quality of food and flavours were superb! Cocktails and food and beverage staff were really nice!
