Liked: The location is very practical, nearby the u bahn and in the middle of Neukölln
Disliked: Staff was polite, but there was no added vibe on their behalve

Great value. Great location. Would...

Liked: Very comfortable bed and clean room. Great shower. I liked that the windows could be opened. Room was large and spacious.
Disliked: I would have liked a towel change ( was there 3 nights) and spare bedding as it was a little cold with one thin duvet.
