Disliked: Although we’d paid for 3 nights’ stay, when I needed just a small plaster from reception as I’d fallen in the street and cut my knee I was told I’d have to pay 3 euros and buy the whole box, which of course I didn’t need. This refusal to help me did spoil our feelings about the hotel. Why wouldn’t you help when needed with such a small gesture?

Liked: Brilliant value for money. The room looked as if newly renovated - pristine! Very comfy bed, very quiet, very friendly staff. Took the smallest and cheapest room for a solo stay, but the room was actually absolutely normal size. Everything everywhere was super clean!
Disliked: Had to wait a while for the hot water to arrive at the shower.
