Golden Sunrise from Balcony

Liked: Stones throw to the Beach. 10 minute walk to Surfers Paradise Shopping Precinct, Cafes and Woolies. Unit is clean, comfortable, self contained and the best part is the Golden Sunrise and beautiful Sunset from the Balcony - Sea View Side.
Disliked: Very Windy otherwise we liked the simplicity of the Accommodation.

Loved it but just a...

Liked: Great view of both the beach and the river from balcony on both sides , fantastic swimming pool and excellent gym, staff very helpful and always there to help. It was close to the transport and of course the beautiful beach just over the road.
Disliked: There’s not many eating places or bars close by unless you catch the tram which is only 2 stops away from surfers paradise.

Loved the location, will stay...

Liked: The staff were very friendly. The location is great. The view and veranda was great. Having one proper fridge/freezer in one room was handy, the small bar fridge in the other room was too small and kept defrosting itself. The shower pressure was great.
Disliked: The cleanliness. The air grids in both bathrooms were so thick with dust and dirt no air could pass through them. There was no switch for an exhaust fan in either bathroom which was too hot and stuffy. The shower curtain had mould and mildew all over it. Please leave more than 1.5 toilet rolls in a room for two nights. One more roll would have helped greatly.
