Liked: Great location, new facility, and great gym. Spacious rooms. Very comfortable mattress. New facilities-
Disliked: Terrible customer service at check in. We had reserved a river view room and were given a city view room upon check in, even if the employee at checking had stated that it was a corner river view room. It was not and when I pointed that out, I was told that the hotel called it a corner room, even if it was not! Booking contacted the hotel to point out that they were supposed to have a river view room to no avail. Eventually they admitted that they had none left. The day after we were moved to a river view suite by a much more nice client relationship manager. Yet, the lack of professionalism of the front desk employees and manager during the night shift when we checked in was absolutely appalling.
