Amazing Hotel, top level staff...

Liked: The reception, concierge and facilities are top rated! We were also upgraded to a wonderful suite with an amazing view of the river and Adelaide oval. Staff are exceptionally friendly wherever we were in the hotel.
Disliked: The only slight blemish is the breakfast. Whilst whatever we ordered was very tasty and well made, I would expect to have a buffet breakfast at a hotel of this stature. The real difference that it made for us is that we have dietary requirements which made our choices very limited.

Liked: perfect location, clean environment, and smiling customer service are all together coming. great stay!!
Disliked: Only one set of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was not enough for two people.

Expensive staycation

Liked: It is in the heart of Adelaide. Breakfast was the best part.
Disliked: The room was dirty, it was incredibly expensive for what you get which is really just a room with a view of a river.
