Liked: It‘s the excellent hotel. Before I arrive, I send messages about simple questions and they answered 2 weeks later. While I stayed they forgot to clean coffee machine 3 times. Sometimes they forgot pillows to put on bed.Their services are really perfect.

Disliked: “There is no luggage service, and there was only one staff member at the reception, who wasn’t always available. The room was lacking some essentials and seemed to be set up for only one person. When I requested a robe and slippers, I was told they would provide them based on availability.The pool doesn’t open before 9 AM, and there are no showers or changing rooms available by the pool.The worst part was that I forgot new clothes in the wardrobe when I checked out, and I have yet to receive any response from the hotel about returning them to me.”
