Bathroom ceiling had water stains; grout was starting to mold; bottom of tub was dingy and grey; stains on comforters; volume on TV didn't work; bar service was lacking; receptionist wasn't wearing a uniform - it looked more like pajamas.

Disliked: Random people throughout the hotel. I did not feel safe, although the location of the hotel was very well placed.

OK Acommifations for the price...

Liked: The front desk staff was wonderful to work with. Our room was clean and inviting. Paid the $25.00 pet fee with no Hassel. Our main room was fantastic. The lobby was warm and inviting. Our main room.was stylish and comfortable. The bathroom needed a more professional touch.
Disliked: Our bathroom could of of been finished with a more professional touch. The toilet tank leaned back towards the wall - which made the toilet water want to run constantly - once we removed the tank cover to adjust the float, the water filled as it should. The wall paper needed attention at the seams - peeling, the ceiling tile was mismatched, and the bottom of the door on the inside was heavily water damaged. The bathroom sink cold and hot water were reversed - cold on the left and hot on the right. We felt that since we had a pet, we received a lower quality room. The main room, was fantastic. Heavy marginata smell in the hallway though, even with all rooms advertised as non-smoking.

Disliked: I checked in at 4:20 this saturday 12/21/2024and they gave me a dirty room and then they gave me a clean room in the morning I wanted a coffee and there were no glasses or coffee my stay was because there was a party in the living room the air was at 65 It was very cold, they couldn't help us at the frond desk because the manager took the key and she told us that she said 65 was fine, which there were no children, it was a children's party, we all had to bring the Jackets wearing something uncomfortable and the truth is I will never stay there again and I don't recommend it
