Bathroom ceiling had water stains; grout was starting to mold; bottom of tub was dingy and grey; stains on comforters; volume on TV didn't work; bar service was lacking; receptionist wasn't wearing a uniform - it looked more like pajamas.
Liked: Relatively cheap for what you get.
Disliked: Maintenance issues and poor staffing.

Liked: The staff was great both checking in and checking out. Very nice and helpful!
Disliked: The beds were not comfortable. I almost fell twice when I took a shower. Not enough towels. Chair was even uncomfortable. No store anywhere near there. Needed better selection of alcohol. Or just more of it!

Bad
Disliked: I rented the room so my wife and I could take my grandson swimming. On their website they showed a pool, so I booked the room online. When I got there at their pool is under construction, staff actually said it had been under construction for quite a while and they didn't think it was going to be open for quite a while yet. I then asked to have a refund because my main purpose for getting the room was to take my grandson swimming and they said I needed to follow the process with booking.com, so I did that and booking.com sent a request to the property to refund my money and the property never responded. So I paid for a room that I never even went to because your website claims you have a pool when you don't and have it for a while and probably won't for quite a while longer according to your own staff

Disappointing
Liked: Wanted to charge 50.00 to check in one hour early.No cold water until I turned valve on under sink. Then the faucet dripped which I am sure is why the valve was turned off. The toilet seat was very loose which I tightened . No more free coffee in the lobby. The pool was closed and the lounge wasn't open at all.
Disliked: They are obviously trying to cut corners at the expense of satisfying customers.
