Very clean room with a very comfortable bed! I had thought that I had paid when I made a reservation, which I wish the site had explained. Overall very good experience though!

Disliked: The food at the hotel's restaurant was terrible.

Disliked: I felt like I was staying in a dorm; the hotel itself was dirty and the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at; overpriced; would never stay there again or maybe at any Holiday Inn and I have stayed at many.

Would definitely stay here again. Easy distance to Xfinity Center. All staff very helpful and pleasant. Had a problem with the A/C - was taken care of immediately. Room was cool by the time we got back from the concert. Keep up the excellent work.

Liked: First impression when I first walked into the lobby was very positive. Clean, inviting-and I love hotels with resturants!
Disliked: The staff is a little blah. Don’t really look at you. Hate it when “I” feel like I’ve bothered “You”. It’s noisy. And I was awoken at 8:45 to some sort of sanding or cleaning in the next room.

Liked: We have stayed here numerous times both when it wasca Holiday Inn And under EnVision. The hotel is aging and shows it. Current owners have changed some decor but need to make majorcapital improvements. Problems with plumbing were a difficulty. Maintenance came in and " fixed" but provlem repeated itself...
Disliked: OverNight desk person ill informed. Parking lot needed sanding
