Very clean room with a very comfortable bed! I had thought that I had paid when I made a reservation, which I wish the site had explained. Overall very good experience though!

Liked: The room and pool were very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The food at the hotel's restaurant was terrible.

Disliked: I felt like I was staying in a dorm; the hotel itself was dirty and the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at; overpriced; would never stay there again or maybe at any Holiday Inn and I have stayed at many.

Would definitely stay here again. Easy distance to Xfinity Center. All staff very helpful and pleasant. Had a problem with the A/C - was taken care of immediately. Room was cool by the time we got back from the concert. Keep up the excellent work.

Liked: It was wonderful that they offered free breakfast to our group(AAU Basketball) The hotel is HUGE with lots of common space, but even with the very busy common space, the hallways outside our room were very quiet.
