Very clean room with a very comfortable bed! I had thought that I had paid when I made a reservation, which I wish the site had explained. Overall very good experience though!

Disliked: The food at the hotel's restaurant was terrible.

Disliked: I felt like I was staying in a dorm; the hotel itself was dirty and the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at; overpriced; would never stay there again or maybe at any Holiday Inn and I have stayed at many.

Would definitely stay here again. Easy distance to Xfinity Center. All staff very helpful and pleasant. Had a problem with the A/C - was taken care of immediately. Room was cool by the time we got back from the concert. Keep up the excellent work.

Disliked: When I booked it said that was going to have a balcony room, they gave a first floor right next to the side entrance.The room was clean on the surface but the ac control panel was dirty and broken, there was mold on the shower ceiling, no door hooks in bathroom to hang a towel. I don’t think it was worth the money I spend.
