Liked: The room itself was gorgeous. We had the honeymoon suite. But it was quite expensive so for the price we paid we expected everything to work in the room. Once we got in the room it was determined that the TVs did not work. There was no cable and u were unable to connect your phone. When we called the front desk, they’re reply was yes the cables out and we are not set up for u to connect your phones or WiFi to the TVs. We did not end up staying the night but yet paid
Disliked: The TVs did not work. We were not told about this during check in. We were not offered a refund and with paying that much money for a room u would expect everything to be working in the room

Won't ever try to save...

Liked: Was so grossed out we didn't eat breakfast and left at 5am.
Disliked: Paid 50 to upgrade to jacuzzi room. It shot sewer smelling water all over me, then when I went to stand up I grabbed a glob of someone else's pubic hair. My husband fell getting out of jacuzzi because there was no mat. It was so terrible we weren't able to rest well and left extremely early next morning.
