Christmas in Newport

Liked: The location was great. It was up a few streets from the waterfront, so it was relatively quiet. We never used our car. We were able to walk everywhere. From the mansions to the wharfs.It is a fabulous weekend getaway. We enjoyed all the Christmas events happening, and the dining experiences were so fun! We were on the second floor. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The coffee bar was perfect, the coffee and the fixings were available. We brought our own tea and hot chocolate. A small refrigerator is provided. It was a code entrance. It was very easy to come and go. Bring your chargers. There are no usb plugs.
Disliked: The bed is very, very firm with memory foam, so it wasn't uncomfortable, but I would prefer a little softer. My husband said it took a minute to settle it.

Perfect location in the heart...

Liked: Loved the location and the fireplace. We were close to all restaurants, coffee shops and attractions.

Enjoyable , Relaxing , Clean...

Liked: Extremely Clean , perfect location , size of room and was able to park there and walk to most things ~ owners were Extremely helpful
Disliked: Only a minor thing wish they had a TV in sitting room also

Location, location, location!

Liked: Location is everything when visiting Newport and this place was one block away from where everyone wants to be. also the Franklin Spa breakfast spot is 500 feet down the road. You will not be disappointed . The place slept four but shared one bath. it was a little tight but for the price and our situation it worked out perfectly. the A/C unit in the bedroom needs to be cleaned or they will need to buy a new one soon. None of these factors adjusted the rating. Great stay!

Disliked: Jetted tub didn’t work in # 16 , Kourig was hard to operate, not many dishes, and kitchenette had awkward location in bedroom.
