Location, location, location!
Liked: Location is everything when visiting Newport and this place was one block away from where everyone wants to be. also the Franklin Spa breakfast spot is 500 feet down the road. You will not be disappointed . The place slept four but shared one bath. it was a little tight but for the price and our situation it worked out perfectly. the A/C unit in the bedroom needs to be cleaned or they will need to buy a new one soon. None of these factors adjusted the rating. Great stay!

Liked: Location, decor, and comfort!
Disliked: Jetted tub didn’t work in # 16 , Kourig was hard to operate, not many dishes, and kitchenette had awkward location in bedroom.

Liked: The location and proximity to the downtown area was phenomenal. Easy and safe walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and areas of interest. The unit itself was very comfortable, charming and very clean. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.
