Liked: Great location next to ferry terminal. Only a short walk (20 mins) to the train station.Nice shower and toiletries provided .
Disliked: Quite a loud road in front of the room. The decorative bed cover was stained and dirty. Breakfast started at 7:30, which was too late for me to enjoy before I had to leave. Felt a little dated overall. They didn't have ambient lighting they had white light bulbs in the bedside lights.

Liked: The room is very nicely presented. The location is very handy for the Red Funnel Ferry. The restaurant was very good. There is parking at the rear which was very much appreciated.
Disliked: There was a nice welcome when we arrived but nobody was around in the morning when we left. We didnt have breakfast which is likely why there was no one around but it might have been useful if they had told us where they expected us to deposit the key and leave.
