Really, given the price, this place is a gem. It's spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet (even right on the street!). I mean, it's certainly no Ritz, but for $120 (for 2 adults and 2 kids) you aren't going to find a better deal. Would absolutely stay there again. Very impressed!

Disliked: That property was old and not even a little like the photos that showed the property. Parking was very very dirty specially tubs sewerage was leaking all over, very very dirty so bad place.

Liked: As other reviewers have mentioned, it was extremely clean. And well maintained for its age, everything worked, repaired, painted, bed was comfy, sheets crisp. Room was spacious with a separate fully functioning kitchenette.View from my room to English bay was super!!! Great location.
Disliked: The air freshener in halls was pretty overwhelming. Also weirdly, windows not double glazed so some street noise, but room was still nice and warm.
