Kitchen facilities were hateful.

Liked: Near to city center
Disliked: The two staff working in breakfast room (6th april) were so rude ( I may also believe that they behave like a racist). We were warned to eat quick and to be quite with two kids. They said there will be branch time so eat and leave. That is a hotel breakfast room. Not a school or church. We are with two children. We did not make any noise.Customers and booking.com have to know the racist behaviour of this two woman. Before booking this hotel, I read bad feedbacks regarding this hotel breakfast staff but does not expected this kind of bad.The Enginatt Garden manager should ask to me for details or check cameras for those staffs threatens.

Good location & comfortable stay!

Liked: Very good staffs. Comfortable & spacious room with nice bathroom. Great location and convenient!

Superb

Disliked: The heating system was limited to 20C, which is not sufficient. But the staff supported with an electro heater, that solved the issue.
