It is hard to judge...

Liked: Location very nice, it is close to the center of Zurich. Very easy to travel to anywhere.
Disliked: Staff. I am an Asian guy. It is very clear that the staff made a bias for my family.For meals, they did not provide breads for us, but they did for others.Also, they urged us to turn down the video volumes but in the meanwhile, others were chatting loudly in the room.During the room cleaning, one said something like "we are clean not like ppl in your country". I do not believe it came from a hotel staff.Overall, I could easily feel this kind of racial discrimination. Very bad experience.
