Liked: No breakfast and the in room coffee maker appeared not to work Room was quiet and bed was very comfortable

Liked: The family that runs the hotel. They are kind and we are repeat visitors. Maid is very good.
Disliked: Bathroom- every hour or 2 the water would run loud then be fine then run in a few hours. Clean but noisy

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: The staff was very helpful and attentive. I arrived an hour earlier than the check in time, and since it was raining and cold, they kindly offered to let me check in early to stay safe and warm. Great location as well!

A Comfortable Place.

Liked: We always stay at the Encore when we visit family in Venice. It's quiet, clean, and comfortable. Love the kitchenette.

Exceptional

Extremely nice! Would highly recommend!!

Liked: Was very cozy, several stores were within easy walking distance and privacy was great. TV and cable was also provided along with an AC unit so that was nice as well.
Disliked: There was an extremely large, wall sized mirror in my room that I didnt like, but thats entirely personal since I dont like mirrors haha.

Liked: The desk clerk was very helpful and had a smile the whole time. A refreshing personality is nice when your just getting off the road. My room was clean and comfortable, I will definitely stay there again.
