Not as expected nor advertised

Disliked: The service wasn’t to the level expected. The first night upon arrival requested an extra bed, yet had to wait for over 24 hours for it to arrive. No one was around to so much as say “hello” upon arrival, let alone assist with the luggage. Not one source online mentioned that the spa was for adults only, and that was an inconvenience as we had a child with us.

Liked: Encore offers excellent service. It is well located on the Blvd and in walking distance from Wynn, Bellagio & Caesars hotels, thus you can attend shows or go to restaurants without the need of a car. The room is big, clean with a great view. Mine was towards the mountain and the golf course. The hotel offers shows, great restaurants, and many gambling machines (if you are into it).
Disliked: Lack of free water, coffee or tea in room and hotel in general. The cost of 1 bottle of water is approx to 10$. The best option is to head to Walgreens, which is within 5mn walk, and stock up.

Liked: It has comfortable rooms and the facilities under the hotel are very good.
Disliked: There was a half-drunk 1-liter bottle of vodka in our room. There was garbage left in the cupboard where the minibar was. This is unacceptable. I am not sure if the room was cleaned thoroughly.
