Beautiful spot but room for...

Liked: Concierge was helpful with planning before our arrival. The trail house is useful and excellent. Massages at Mii Ami spa were good. Cleaning was excellent. When we had issues staff really tried to help. Location for hiking is great. Physically it’s beautiful.
Disliked: Food was expensive and quality mediocre. Paid resort fee and didn’t use any facility. Better to be real and increase room rates. Many nights not enough parking spaces. Every time tried to call front desk was unable to get through so had to walk there.

Liked: Fantastic setting . Rooms are nice with good view
Disliked: It’s very expensive all rooms are expensive . You then have to pay a resort fee for using the facilities this is an extra averages about an extra 60 dollars a night . Not really sure what this pays for as you d already paid a very expensive room price . Everything you have to pay extra for tennis bike hire etc .The resort advertises itself as high end which to be fair for the most part it is . The pool service lets it down . Not enough staff and very disorganised. It has a market place coffee shop which is great if you don’t want a big breakfast but the choice is really very limited .. would be good to have fresh fruit maybe

Exceptional

Enchantment Resort is a vacation...

Liked: Enchantment was amazing. The staff are quite professional all around from check in to check out. The room is a private casita with a large terrace/patio attached. It's a nice sized room with a roomy bathroom. Great water pressure and deep tub. Separate toilet area for more privacy. The views from the room, pool and entire property are AMAZING. Seriously amazing. The pool is very large with plenty of chairs around it. Pool staff present for cocktails and snacks. Water refill stations throughout the resort to replenish the Yeti! Trail House staff were super friendly and helpful with trail/hiking advice. We did a spa day at Mii Amo and it's a great experience. When having a massage you can use the private pool and spa services while there. It's not cheap ($350 +) but a nice touch when on vacation. Staff were friendly there. Walking the grounds around the resort was beautiful. Plenty of wildlife to see while there...deer, wild pigs, hummingbirds, hawks. Loved it! The breakfast at Che Ah Chi was delicious. Sitting on the outdoor patio for breakfast and taking in the view was wonderful.
Disliked: You do lots of walking while here at the resort (which we loved) but I would have liked to have the staff offer more rides on the carts if needed. Also, the last day of our trip, a family with 5 children came to the pool and were being kids. There goes the adult relaxation! We moved to the other side of the pool. We found out before leaving there's an adult pool tucked away on the property. I wish I knew that!

Beautiful resort but prices while...

Paradise in Sedona. Spoil yourself...

Liked: The location is amazing. Nestled in the canyon you are surrounded by incredible views. It’s quiet and relaxing yet so close to great hiking. And Mii Amo resort is simply incredibly.
Disliked: The food at Che Ah Chi wasn’t as good as I had hoped.
