Liked: I didnt like : First, they called me to change the cabin because one misunderstanding fine but they promise me the same accommodation I selected previously . I paid for 2 beds and I got only one bed at the time I arrive to the cabin.
Disliked: Nice place but with the proper accommodations

Liked: Nothing really!
Disliked: The whole experience! We went to check in at 5:30 pm the office was closed with a sign that said call this number. So we called the girl said I will be right there. It took her at least 30 minutes to get there we were waiting out side with it snowing then when she did get there she smelled like pot! Then she proceeded to tell us that she had given our cabin away. She called her boss and was told to take us to the upper canyon because they knew the owners and would get us a better cabin. This did not happen. We followed the girl to the upper canyon only to be told they weren't there and for us to go back where we started and they would give us someone else's cabin that had not checked in yet and not charge me . She said they would give me a full refund (This did not happen). We went into the cabin that was given to us and it smelled like sewer. The toilet backed up into the sink.There were cob webs everywhere and to top it all off there were long Black hairs in the shower. Clearly this cabin has not been cleaned in a while. Then to top it all off there was no toilet paper. We called the number again they would not answer. I had to go find a store to get toilet paper just so we could use the bathroom. We let it go since we were told they would give us a full refund and just vowed never to stay here again. We left the next morning still no one in the office just a place to drop the keys. I tried calling all the next week with no one answering. Still no refund. Finally I was able to talk to the owner through email and he said I would not get a refund he would give me discount that never happened. Over all the worst experience ever. I will let everyone I know not to stay here and we will definitely not be back.

This trip was for my birthday. It was a costly bust.

Liked: The location was close to everything we were there for. The lady that checked us in was friendly. She said she was filling in. But she left right away and we didn't have anyone to ask about the heat. The bonus was the herd of elk that went thru the cabing area on the first morning.
Disliked: The cabin was cold when we arrived. It took 3 1/2 hours to heat it up with the space heater and the small heater/ac unit above the window. We had to move the space heater to the bathroom in order to heat it up. There was only a door handle lock without any other security. Our neighbor came in at 10:30 parking in our door way while unloading making all kinds of noise and even turning our door handle. Of course this got our dog barking. We didn't even bother staying the next night that we had paid for. There wasn't anyone to talk to and the phone number on the door for service wasn't answered.

Its good to get away from home, but doubtful that I will stay again

Liked: We have always loved the location of this property. Its easy to get in and out of and theres always parking right at the front door.
Disliked: The water for the bathtub was not even warm enough to bathe a baby the Internet for the TV would not stay on. It constantly went on and off.
